Return Policy:
Once the product is sold we do not offer a refund. We however do provide the option to exchange the product with another product in the same category provided you return undamaged product with it’s original packaging including all accessories, manual and documentation as well as any promotional items given at the time of the sale. We offer —- months carry in warranty for all used IT hardware. Our carry warranty does not include or cover breakage, damaged screen, burn, corrosion by corrosive, rinse in water, rush by exposure in moisture broken parts, physical damage and battery. Our warranty is void if warranty sticker has been removed or damaged and any attempt has been made to open the IT hardware.

What is the duration of the limited hardware warranty?
The products sold on our website may come with a no warranty, 30-day, 90-day, 180-days, 1-year, 2-year limited hardware warranty.
Where is the warranty duration mentioned?
The warranty that came with your product, or the warranty renewal or extended warranty cover that you purchased, see the invoice, receipt or other relevant sales documentation.
What does the limited hardware warranty cover?
The Hardware warranty covers the repair and if repair is not possible then replacement of any Laptop or PC purchased from us for the period specified in the invoice, receipt or other relevant sales documentation. The main warranty coverage is for motherboard, The warranty cover starts from the date of purchase and ends at the period specified.
What are the conditions for validity of the limited hardware warranty?
Our warranty is dependent upon:
- proper use of the product(s) and does not cover any parts of the product which have been modified or repaired without our prior written consent.
- the warranty sticker not being tampered with /broken/removed / effort was made to open the product. Any such efforts void the warranty cover.

What is not covered by limited hardware warranty?
Our limited hardware warranty does not apply to:
- Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software added to the hardware products, third-party software or the reloading of software.
- Any accessories that come with the laptop or computer.
- The warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage including broken/crack/dent/hinge/loose.
- There is no warranty for screen damage (dim/crack/line/white spot/black spot/scratches/ fitting) after delivery so check at the time of delivery.
- The consumable components such as batteries or AC cable or chargers.
- Battery is considered working when the health is: fair, normal, good, or excellent. It will only be replaced if the running time is less than 1 hour or the battery condition is: poor, low, or not present.
- Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
- External causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
- Servicing not authorized by Smart Tech store.
- Usage that is not in accordance with the product manufacturer’s instructions.
- Failure to follow the product manufacturer’s instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
- software or hardware loaded onto or connected to the product by the Customer where this software in unlicensed or the software or hardware has not been supplied by smarttechstore.com
- an accident, hazard, humidity control, severe weather conditions, electrical stress or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a safe home or office environment or
- Normal wear and tear.
- The warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports;
- Damage caused by use with another product;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause; Spillage of food/liquids / water damage.
- Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by a party other than smarttechstore.com a party authorised by it in writing prior to carrying out the servicing.
- Product with missing or altered serial numbers
- Any delivery charges for returning the products to us (For the first repair, we will cover the delivery charges). Customers bear the responsibility for damage to the product during shipment.
Warranty Repair time?
The warranty repair time for laptop purchased within 14 days is 1-3 working days.
For laptop purchase more than 1 month, warranty troubleshooting time is 3-5 working days.
Repair time can be longer than usual depending on part availability & estimated repair time can be confirmed after troubleshooting.
Smart tech store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. Changes to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective as soon as they are displayed in Smart Tech store website. We reserve the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
