How long will it take for my goods to arrive? How can I track my shipment?
After the customer has placed an order for laptop or computers, it generally takes as 3 -4 working days to ship your order as the product needs to go through a process including product preparation, QC and delivery (courier) arrangement. Once the item has been shipped then its status can be tracked through the shipper’s reference that will be advised to you.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept payments through debit or credit card, online payment transfer to our account. We accept all of the cards issued by local banks in Malaysia as well as Visa and Master cards issued by international banks.
What is your returns policy?
Product once bought cannot be returned or refunded. However we give customers 1 to 1 exchange within 15 days of invoice provided the product is undamaged with its original packaging including accessories, gift, manual and any document that came with the product to our customer service center.
How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

How do I know if my product is eligible for a refund and/or replacement?

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I send the product for repair under warranty?
Should you face any issues with the product you are requested to contact our customer care center and send an email describing the problem. Please note that any tampering of warranty stickers or effort to open the product will result in the warranty being void. Please do not try to open the product.
How long will it take to receive my replacement?
If you have sent your product for repair under warranty, then once it is repaired we will send it back to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to repair the fault then we will replace the part or the product with a similar or same product which may be from a different brand. Once the product is repaired we will ship to you and provide you with shipment details which can then be used to track it.
Where are your packages shipped from?
All our products are generally shipped from our office at Kota Damansara.
How much will the shipping cost?
If your total purchase is more than RM 500/- we ship it for free within Malaysia. For items below RM 500 courier charge will be shown at the time of check out.
